Beeshmoo

Privacy policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

Beeshmoo is made by Beeshmoo LLC, a Minnesota company. This page explains what information the Beeshmoo app keeps and what we do with it. The short version: what you put in Beeshmoo is yours. We don't sell it, we don't show ads, and we don't track you.

What you put in

Beeshmoo works because you tell it about the people in your life. That can include names, which circle they're in, birthdays, notes, check-ins, plans and answers to questions about them. You choose what to enter, and you can edit or delete any of it at any time.

How it's used

That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't build profiles of you or the people you add.

Who else sees it

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, such as secure cloud storage and an AI service that helps write conversation ideas. They only handle your information to provide that service for us.

We'd only share information beyond that if the law requires it.

The people you add

The people in your Beeshmoo don't get any messages from us and aren't signed up for anything. Their information stays in your account for you to use.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with providers that use encryption and access controls. No system is perfect, but we take care to keep your information private.

Deleting your information

You can delete people, notes and plans in the app at any time. To delete everything, email us and we'll remove your account and its information.

Children

Beeshmoo isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
